ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED

Certificate Number 16173
We are absolutely delighted to announce that Oakley CNC Machining is now ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The ISO (International Standards Organisation) is an independent, non-governmental, international organisation who promote worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards.
Specifically, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is an international recognition given to organisations who implement a rigorous and effective quality management system.

The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) was established in 1947 in London. Since then the organisation has published over 21,000 International Standards and have gained members from 163 countries around the world.

The 'International Standards’ aim to ensure the safety and quality of products and services, facilitating international trade and improving the environment we live in. The standards are proven to boost both businesses and economies and account for £6.3bn annual growth in GDP in the UK only.

In order to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Oakley CNC Machining has met the requirements set out in and have been audited by World Certification Services in accordance with the 9001 standard.

Currently, only 40,000 (1.5%) of the 2.6million VAT/PAYE registered UK businesses hold the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we can ensure we are able to meet the needs of not only our existing customers but all new and future prospective customers by delivering an excellent level of customer service, implementing an effective quality management system and delivering an exceptional standard of goods and services.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification took a huge amount of effort and involvement from every member of the team.

Company CEO Ian Oakley had this to say about the achievement, "I am thrilled to see that Oakley CNC Machining is now ISO 9001:2015 certified. This show's our hard work and dedication to the world of CNC as we continue to grow as a business".
A special thank you has to go to Cy Keogh, Senior Advisor at The Manufacturing Technology Centre
